Hello,
I have two APC SC1000i. One seems to have shutdown problems and I wished to see any log.
I use a 940-0272A serial port/USB cable connected to a PC with windows 11 OS. As it produced a "pl2303hxa phased out since 2012" error, I installed a ser2pl driver as advised in several websites.
Connecting the serial cable to one of the SC1000i, I try to install PowerChute Business (PCBE) but the software cannot find the APC machine and won't install. Same for the other SC1000i.
What can I do to get the informations ?
Thanks in advance

You may use this APC Resource link to download the latest Power Chute Software (PCSS).
Scroll all the way down to the operating system in use and select the hyperlink to download:
You will need to create a APC / Schneider account before doing so.
