2022-03-11 10:01 AMwe have several of the SMC1000C and 1500C UPS, are they susceptible to the published hack, and if so, where can you get the updated firmware?currently none of my SmartUPS show any newer firmware available.

battery replaced - but still shows battery replacement due
2021-12-08 02:06 PMwe have several of the SMT750C that were calling for battery replacement, and we replaced the battery, and days later they still show warning that battery replacement is due, same date, like nothing has changed. how do we resolve this?

communications lost SMT750c
2021-11-23 01:57 PMhave couple of SMT750C ups at different sites that are showing communications lost.weird thing is I can check the firewall logs, and I do see traffic coming out from the UPS to IP 52.179.127.30 over HTTPS. any ideas?
