we have several of the SMT750C that were calling for battery replacement, and we replaced the battery, and days later they still show warning that battery replacement is due, same date, like nothing has changed.
how do we resolve this?

Hi,
Depending where the Replace Battery alert is shown there may be different contributors to this behavior.
If the alert is shown on the SmartConnect portal but not on the UPS LCD display, the RTC (real time clock) of the unit may be off. In this case I recommend reaching out to your local APC tech support for assistance.
If the alert is shown on the UPS LCD display, a self-test or a UPS brain-dead procedure may resolve the issue. If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to your local APC tech support for assistance.

how do you find your local APC tech support?
I purchased these online, not from anyone local.
