Exact phrase→Use quotes " "(e.g., "error 404")
Wildcard→Use * for partial words(e.g., build*, *tion)
AND / OR→Combine keywords(e.g., login AND error, login OR sign‑in)
Keep it short→Use 2–3 relevant words, not full sentences
Filters→Narrow results by section(Knowledge Base, Users, Products)

In the IT Advisor desktop client Analytics > Reports view, you can generate work order reports showing a list of all the work orders in a specified work order range or details of a specified work order.
Work Order List report
A summary of work orders in the system.
You can filter the report by work order number range, needed by date, and completion date.
Work Order Details report
A list of work orders, including details about status, description, and comments.

Work Order Tasks report
A list of selected work order tasks from one or more work orders.
This report displays in theReport View. You can use theReport Viewtoolbar to navigate the report pages on the screen or to print or export the report to a file in any of the available formats, HTML, CSV, Excel, or PDF.
You can also generate reports inPlanning > Data Centerby right-clicking one or more work orders in theWork Orderspane (Window > Show View > Work orders). For example, click a work order and selectPrint Work Orderto see all tasks in the work order without opening it.
