From your preferred reseller, request the number of licenses you need of each part number:

Provide your reseller with an Installer Email address to receive your activation code for your purchased plan(s). The activation code will unlock the number of license entitlements that you requested from your reseller.

NOTE: Please allow up to two working days from the day you placed the order to receive your activation code. 

Log in to your SmartConnect Web Portal to activate the code and assign the plan(s) to your device(s), via the Activate a code section of the Subscription Overview page.

Buy Online

You can buy a plan online for individual or multiple devices via Schneider Electric Exchange by following the steps below:

Single Device:

1. In the Subscription Overview page of the Web Portal, click the View Options button next to a device.
2. In the Subscriptions page, select a Standard or Advanced plan for your device, and click the Buy button. This will redirect you to Schneider Electric Exchange.
3. In the Create Order page, your chosen plan will be pre-selected. Click Continue to Payment.
4. In the Payment & Billing page, confirm payment by credit card and enter your details. Click Continue.
5. In the Confirmation page, verify that the displayed information is correct, paying particular attention to the Subscription Information. Confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions, and click Confirm Order.

 

Multiple Devices:

1. In the Subscription Overview page in the Web Portal, click the Buy Plan button in the Go Shopping section.
2. On the Configure your plan page, select a Plan, Duration and Quantity (max 50). The Total Cost will appear once this is done. Click Next.
3. In the Create Order page, your chosen plan will be pre-selected and it’s quantity. Click Continue to Payment.
4. In the Payment & Billing page, confirm payment by credit card and enter your details. Click Continue.
5. In the Confirmation page, verify that the displayed information is correct, paying particular attention to the Subscription Information. Confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions, and click Confirm Order.
6. Your activation code will be emailed to the email address you provided when purchasing. Your code can then be activated on the Activate a code section of the Subscription Overview page and will unlock the quantity of entitlements that you selected.
