If you have purchased your subscription through a local reseller, you will receive your activation code via email.
Follow the steps below to activate one or multiple subscriptions in the Web Portal:
In theSubscription Overviewpage, click theActivate Codebutton and enter the Activation Code you received via email.
In theYour activated plansdialog, verify that the correct plan is displayed. ClickNext.
In theAssign to devicedialog, select one or more devices from the list and clickNextto assign your plan to the selected device(s).
In theConfirm assigned plandialog, ensure that your details are correct and clickConfirm.
NOTE:Once you have assigned a plan to a device, you cannot change it.
In theSuccessdialog, you will receive acknowledgment that your plan has successfully been assigned to your chosen device.
When is my subscription applied?
Early renewal: If your device already has an active subscription, the new term is set forward to start when the current one expires. Renew before your subscription expires to avoid gaps.
Expired subscription: If your subscription has already expired, renewing the same plan (e.g. Standard-Standard) starts the new term immediately.
Upgrade subscription: If you upgrade from Standard to Advanced, the upgrade takes effect immediately.
Downgrade subscription: If you switch from Advanced to Standard, the Standard plan starts after the Advanced plan expires.
