New version of app

I have just watched a Drayton video on YouTube where the instructor was using Wiser Home v6.2.0, is there any info on when this version will be released? The instructor demonstrated that the control types for Gas boilers were now Opentherm or Standard only and that for now all gas boilers should be set to Standard whilst Drayton were working on making Opentherm work better.

I was thinking of purchasing a Drayton Wiser set up, I was wanting to run it on Opentherm but  It looks like it’s a safer bet at the moment not to bother. 
   I have the Evohome set up at the moment and it has worked perfectly for years, never had any problems with it, but the radiator TRV heads look terrible and I wanted to swap to the Drayton Wiser setup with all anthracite motorised TRV’s. If it worked as good as Evohome I would swap it out and sell the Evohome gear (which would probably cover the cost of the swap) but It just looks like it really does not work any where nearly as well as Evohome system.

No sign of v6.2.0 - but version on Google Play Store is now v6.1.6.

Apparently "This release contains multiple bug fixes and enhancements". Personally, I can't see any ☹️

The "Wiser Blog" hasn't been updated.

I've reverted to v5.4.2 - which seems to be more stable (doesn't keep saying "your home appears to be empty" - though I'd forgotten what a pain it was to initially connect to the Hubᴿ)

I started the Wiser/HUBr journey in October 2022,  installing in my parents and my own home. I Iike this system quite a lot and the platform seems to have a lot of development potential going forward but I am getting a cold feeling that Schneider are not taking the user base seriously enough and are certainly not prioritising long standing defects or new, "no-brainer" functionality requests that we (unpaid dev testers/user experience and business analysts) are feeding back to them. 

To skimp on testing new releases comes over as either contemptuous of their user base or an under-funded and under-valued development/test function.

Since 6.1.5 I’ve had an issue with Insights and Eco mode. Insights no longer updates with hours saved in Eco mode. Reported the issue to Drayton and have carried out all the fixes they suggested without success. Version 6.1.6 has not fixed the issue.

I have updated to 6.1.6 but can’t see any differences, things that don’t work still don’t and there aren’t any obvious improvements or extra features. I’m starting to feel a bit disappointed with Schneider when no one comes onto their own forum to provide any help or advice, no new features get rolled out, no fixes get rolled out.

Schneider support have told me that v6.1.6 is a non-update for UK Wiser Home users, it's a small hotfix for a non-UK product/system.
