Upon order fulfilment, an invoice is emailed to the Purchasing Entity. It contains key order information, including the SKU, product description and subscription ID.
Digital Voucher Email

Software orders for these products are delivered in the form of a Digital Voucher email, sent to the Ship to contact provided to Schneider Electric by the Purchasing Entity at the time of order. This email contains key information about the order and entitlement including the Digital Voucher Code, Product Information, the Subscription ID, Date of Purchase and the Purchase Reference (typically, Purchase Order Number) of the Purchasing Entity.
mySchneider Software Management - Digital Locker

mySchneider is the Schneider Electric logged-in experience. The Digital Locker is a self-service feature within mySchneider Software Management where users:
Reference, share and transfer access to purchased software
mySchneider Software Management is a key resource for the Purchasing Entity as they can reference the software they’ve purchased from Schneider Electric. It will include key information such as the Entitlement IDs, the Purchasing Entity’s Purchase Order numbers and more.
In some cases, Purchasing Entities and Resellers will choose to use mySchneider to redeem the Digital Vouchers and create and manage licenses or subscriptions on behalf of their customers
Alternatively, Purchasing Entities and Resellers may leave it up to their customers or a Managed Service Provider to manage their vouchers, licenses and subscriptions themselves in mySchneider
Top Features for Purchasing Entities in mySchneider Software Management:
View and search purchases by order delivery email and purchasing entity’s PO #
Resend Digital Voucher or License Activation email
Organize licenses and subscriptions into self-declared groups
Monitor expiration and unused/non-activated licenses
Renewal Reports
Purchasing Entities may request a report of the software they have purchased from Schneider Electric that is coming up for expiration.

There is an ambition to enable a more holistic view in the future. Today, the ability to view your portfolio is best achieved by using our existing tools and resources mentioned above.
