Redeem Digital Vouchers

When you purchase PowerChute Network Shutdown, Secure NMC System, EcoStruxure IT Expert, Data Center Expert, or IT Design CFD software, an email with a Digital Voucher Code is sent to the "Ship to" contact provided to Schneider Electric on the order.

This voucher code can be redeemed in mySchneider Software Management for a quantity of credits. You use those credits to create or renew a license or a subscription for a particular product.

Following purchase, you will receive an email containing a Digital Voucher code.

Click Redeem Digital Voucher in the email to visit mySchneider Software Management.

1. Log in to mySchneider with an existing account, or register to create a new account.
2. On the Digital Vouchers tab, click Redeem Voucher.
3. The 36-character voucher code is pre-populated. Click Redeem to add the voucher credits to your account.
4. Click Use Voucher Now to:
   • Generate a new license, renew a license or increase license quantity for a product
   • Create, Renew or Amend a subscription for a product.

You can also log in to mySchneider Software Management at any time and navigate to Digital Vouchers > Redeem Voucher to redeem a digital voucher you have received.
