Digital Vouchers

Upon purchase of PowerChute Network Shutdown, Secure NMC System or EcoStruxure IT Expert software, you will receive an email with a Digital Voucher Code. This voucher code can be redeemed in mySchneider Software Management for a quantity of credits. Those credits can be used to create or renew a license, or a subscription for a particular product. Following purchase, you will receive an email containing a Digital Voucher code. Click Redeem Digital Voucher to visit mySchneider Software Management. Log in to mySchneider with an existing account, or register to create a new account. In the Digital Vouchers tab,  click Redeem Voucher The 36-character voucher code is pre-populated - click Redeem to add the voucher credits to your account. Click Use Voucher Now to: Generate a new license, renew a license or increase license quantity for a product Create, Renew or Amend a subscription for a product. You can also log in to mySchneider Software Management at any time and navigate to Digital Vouchers > Redeem Voucher to redeem a digital voucher you have received.

When you purchase PowerChute Network Shutdown, Secure NMC System or EcoStruxure IT Expert  software, you will receive a Digital Voucher. The digital voucher can be redeemed for credits in the mySchneider digital locker. A credit represents one unit of a product for its full term. These credits can be used for corresponding Subscription Management or License Management. Subscription Management  For EcoStruxure IT Expert Create a new subscription with one or more products. Renew an existing subscription. Amend a subscription to add products, upgrade, or update quantity. License Management For PowerChute Network Shutdown and Secure NMC System Get a new license Activation ID for in-application activation. Renew an existing license.
