Error message while configuring email alerts in PME 2021 having ENM license

Dear experts,

I am facing the issue while configuring email notification in PME. We are having ENM license. After providing SMTP details, we have checked text email but it was not delivered and a error message floated in system log. Attached the error message for your reference. Need your support in configuring email and sms (twilio) for notifications.

I am not sure if this is exactly your issue but give this a try please: Power Monitoring Expert v2020: Native Event Notification fails to send email notifications when SMTP...

Hello @MANI7883 ,

Likely you will want to contact technical support with a copy of diagnostic output soon after you see the error message. May also be helpful if you are able to provide packet capture of the traffic between PME server and SMTP (Wireshark).
