Why is the Monitoring of Link 150 grayed out?

I have tried connecting the Link 150 through the web server to my PC and a PM 6200 H Power Meter. Why is the Monitoring Section of the software is grayed out and cannot be selected?

Have you added the device to the Link150? possibly include some screenshots of the config web pages.

Hello @PoE 

The Link 150 gateway does not support the monitoring option (like ComX510) for any devices that is connected in serial port.

You can upgrade the latest firmware v5.1.15 for the new web interface from below path,

Thanks for the advice Mr Ramasamy, i would try to update the firmware and post the result.
