ION Meters and SNMP protocl (MIB file)

Hi my friends,

one of my customers pointed out that in our ION7650 user guide(edition 2010, 70002-0248-07), it has the following text on page 130:

We can assume that the first character of the variable has to be lower case. But just next page in the user guide there is an example shows the variable starts with a capital letter (at least as we can tell):

Can some one help me to clear this? (we checked other meters like PM8000, same layout)
