Hello,
what is the module used for the values displayed in the Sag/Swell alarm?
I expected it to be DistVMin or DistVMax in the Output registers of the Sag/Swell Module and compared it with the meter values, but the values were different.
I have been asked by a customer to separate overvoltage and undervoltage alarms and would like to incorporate the Sag/swell values into the determination equation.

Miyai

Hello @Miyai ,
The sag/swell alarms come from the Sag/Swell module itself. Recommend contacting technical support to troubleshoot why information is not matching. Note that display resolution is not able to display sub second event durations.
What does the meter's event log look like for the start and stop events? What firmware version is the meter?
Regards,
Charles

Hello @Charles_Murison
Thank you for advice.
When I checked again with the designer's software, the Dist MIN and Dist MAX values were displayed in PQM.
However, it turns out that the Dist Min and MAX that are input to the calculation I created display the numbers from the previous event.
Therefore, it was predicted that this was caused by the timing at which the Dist MIN, MAX information was updated.
I'll look into the program some more.
Regards,
Miyai
