Status Led in PM8000

Hi team,

I have a trouble with PM8000.

I see status Led flashing red/green and Alarm led flashing red. Display not show. I don't know handling. Pls help me. Thanks very much.

Hi - probably best to log a support incident to gather more information.  Has a request been logged already?

se.com -> Support -> Contact support

Would be good to confirm if possible to communicate to the meter during this time. Also good to include the serial number of the meter.
