SNMP version of PM5560 and ION 7400

I´d like to ask you where can I find information about SNMP protocol version of PM5560, PM5650 and ION7400 meters.

SNMP trapping is only supported on SNMP v2.

How I can upgrade SNMP V1 to V2 for PM5560? because I need to connect it with Panduit SmartZone software and that software support only V2 and V3. Plz help me
