QR Code Scan of the Meter cannot viewed by User

hello everyone,

 

i have this issue

 

i have been showing the QR Code feature to User by my phone (i am the first scanner of the meter)

after that, User wants to collect data from meter by using QR Code Feature (especially to view Log data on PM5330)

but the web page on user phone (link that they get from QR Code) cannot be viewed

 

it shows information like this 

 

"This QR Code has already been scanned by another user and must be shared by that user from within Meter Insight in order for you to view it"

 

is there any way to reset this things so i'm not the first person who scan the QR Code on the Meter ?

so the user can do QR Code Scan and view the data

It looks like the visibility set to OFF in the meter insights application. You can check and turn ON the global visibility to view this scanned data.
