We have 1 DB on a site of 20 plus DB's that the meter is not converting the amps/volts into KWH correctly. It is a split metered DB with 2No A9MEE3255 installed. We are only getting recorded values of a few kilowatts when it should be a lot more. We have changed the meter for new one and checked all the wiring but can't see any issue. I am out of ideas if anyone can help

Problem solved. It turned out to be the top (Lighting) section of the split load DB voltage connections had been connected wrong (V1-V3-V2) in the factory and this was causing the meter to read incorrectly. Swoped cable around to V1-V2-V3 and meter began to record correctly.
