It is possible that the CTs are not seeing enough current to be accurate. 3000:5 CT ratio with meter reading ~50A, means the input to the meter is 83mA. this is enough current for the metering components to be accurate however the CT itself may require additional current. The exact minimum current needed will vary between CTs based on design and construction. A common rule of thumb is 10% rated primary current however many CTs can be accurate much lower.
It is possible to get more load on the system the meter is connected to? Or perhaps use smaller CTs?
