Hi,
Working on a request from customer to obtain information pertaining to below via MODBUS.
It seems, address 30222 reflect 3-phase data instead of phase A.
Whereas for address 30236 and 30250, no valid data available.
This is observed both in PM8240 and ION9000.
Firmware upgraded to latest.
Also tried various voltage mode.
Active Power Del A Last Demand [ Modbus 30222 ]
Active Power Del B Last Demand [ Modbus 30236 ]
Active Power Del C Last Demand [ Modbus 30250 ]
Would expect above very much collated to Active Power A,B,C.
But instead, the observation is 30222 reflect total of 3054 + 3056 + 3058
Active Power A [ Modbus 3054 ]
Active Power B [ Modbus 3056 ]
Active Power C [ Modbus 3058 ]
Any advice?

Hello @TC ,
30222 , 30236 and 30250 these measurements are not per phase values but Rates A, Rate B, Rate C and Rate D (30264).
The default Modbus register list does not have the measurement you are looking for. With the power of ION, it is possible to make a custom framework that is able to get the information you are looking for and link to new Modbus registers.
You would need to make 3 sliding windows demand modules (SWD), linking the per phase kw readings from the power meter module. The output of the SWD module can be linked to new Modbus Slave Modules.
Regards,
Charles

Hi all, working on the full expectation of customer and hoping to get some advice:
The requirement is "At the end of demand interval, to report the min, max, average of each phase. kW and kVA".
What is the most optimized way to achieve this?
Currently exploring with min, max, and ave module which is not exactly matching the expectation.
Struggling with the need to add "processing" so that the values are reported only once at end of demand interval, before resetting.
Hope to get some guidance. Thank you!
(I have attached PPT, and video for better grasp of my situation)
