Issue when extract the system log from PM5560 (firmware 4.3.2)

We logged in to the FTP using an Administrator account and were able to see the folders in Windows Explorer.

However, the fw folder could not be accessed or opened to view the files.

We also tried using Internet Explorer to directly open the path of the meter’s fw folder — the system log files were visible, but we were unable to download them.

I was able to download the file using FileZilla. This is the configuration I used, please try the same.
