Hello @BlueHen ,
The PME driver for PM5563 will collect the Energy values from the onboard logs of the meter. If the logging has stopped there are 2 common possibilities.
a) Logging on the device itself has stopped
b) PME driver has changed to use basic modbus driver (does not including onboard logs) from default driver (one specific to the PM5000 series).
Option a) could use third party tools such as ION Setup to check, possibly modbus commands to confirm logging is increasing.
Option b) Often this happens when someone uses the Device Type editor to add additional loging to the device and uses the Install device option that in some versions of PME would also change the device driver to use generic modbus device, effectively turning of onboard log collection. Recommend working with your local technical support to confirm if this did happen and steps to correct. Suggest collecting diagnostic tool output in PME when contacting technical support.
Regards,
Charles
