PM8000 and datacenter power quality measurement
I would like some guidance on implementing PM8000 meters for datacenter applications.
Where can we find a white paper, a guide or some information regarding what measurements, what features of the PM8000 and any other information that is required for monitoring of electrical supply and quality to the datacenter.
Client purchased and installed 4 units. Now he is at the integration state and I find that this is the point we lack in being able to support after the sale. He is not sure himself which registers to use. We want everything that is pertinent to the proper functioning of the datacenter, the supply of electricity from the utilities and the quality of the power supplied.
Please send me some links or guides or communication.
Thanks,
Yarom

Hello @Yarom ,
How is the customer connecting to the meter, software, front panel, modbus, ION, other? If software via modbus, have you had a look at the modbus map of the PM8000? The modbus mapping can be found in the firmware files for the version of firmware used by the customer. For example, for V3.1.0 firmware, the file is found in https://www.se.com/sg/en/download/document/PM8000_meter_FW_v003.001.000/ PM8000_Modbus_Map.xlsx.
Regards,
Charles

Thank you @Charles_Murison ,
This part I am well aware of. I have the Modbus registers table, the access through ION if needed and whatever else.
My question regards an application expert with knowledge of Datacenter / Electrical management. The client would like to know which values (afterwhich I will look up the modbus registers) are required, what waveform to configure and any other relevant information.
Thanks,
Yarom
