PM8000 Data recorder log extraction

Hi All,

I was wondering if it is possible to retrieve the data recorder logs stored by a PM8000 from another device via an automated process without using EcoStruxure tools or the ION Setup tool as per the attached screen shot where one can 'Collect' them in xml format?

Waveform on the PM8000 can be saved as Comtrade files which can be read via FTP however Data records are not and as such FTP does not look like it can be used in this instance?

Is there a way of making the data recorder log files available to the FTP area of the meter? If not any suggestions for how to automatically pull/push data recorder data out of a PM8000 not using EcoStruxure or ION Setup?

It is possible to configure a meter to use the log export module to email out the data recorder. This would require custom framework.
