Our company has three of these PM5563.
One has a corrupted user database that occurred during a SNMPWALK of the unit.
Now, cannot access the unit and unsure how to reset. Is there a hidden reset button? This is mounted in the AC switchboard panel which would require de-energizing the panel to remove the unit to work on it.
Thoughts?
Matt

Hello,
@qcomnet, Can you please confirm which FW version is installed?
What do you mean by "you cannot access the meter"? Are you referring to webpage credentials or front display passwords?

Jesus,
We have three of them installed – identical models.
All three had the same firmware applied.

One of the three, crashed during a SNMPWALK of the device. When it recovered, the user database appears to have been corrupted. All I get is the username/password prompt when I attempt to log into the device.
I’m trying to understand how to reset the unit or access it in some way to restore factory configuration.
Thanks.
Matt

I'm referring to Web and FTP, as well as some sort of reset button or method of wiping the unit entirely. None of the credentials (user1/user2) work, including the ones we added as part of the initial setup.
And sorry about the 'duplicate' posting. The information I posted didn't appear to be complete, so submitted it twice only to find that your mod has to approve all posts.
Thanks.
