I've purchased 29 PM5560 meters to update from PM800's
Installed 23 so far, connected 9 to network so far.
of those 9, 3 were at FW 2.8.3, the other 6 were at 4.1.8
different webpage structure, security, etc. so I thought I would update them to match.
I installed the PM5000 Firmware update tool V3.10 it came with FW V4.2.1, I decided to bring everything up to 4.2.1
So that's the background, here's the problem...
The three that updated from 2.8.3, two of them went through the update 'fine' and I was able to get on the website and enter the MAC address as the password and immediately updated the password, the 3rd did not.
Now none of those three allow web access, the web browser returns "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"
the Firmware update tool Shows that the two of the three that updated the password are at the new FW level
the all three show updated from the screen on the devices. Tried cycling power, enabling/disabling FTP, etc. Cannot disable HTTP from the keypad
I get a good Ping return, and the other meters are working fine. tried a direct cable from laptop to meter, tried a second laptop, swapped between the two ports on the meter, etc. I've tried everything I can think of.
Appreciate any suggestions

Hello @BretNufer ,
In FW 4.1.3 and later, HTTP was replaced with HTTPS. Please make sure that you are using "https" in the web browser address bar, for example, "https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/".
Also, make sure that the HTTPS server is enabled in the meter using the front panel:
Best Regards,
JD

HTTPS has been enabled all along, couldn't disable it from the display.
I'm not sure exactly what action or combination of actions resolved this, but it did start responding again and is resolved.
