PM5560 data logs

Hi everyone

I just upgraded the firmware of a PM5560 meter to v4.1.8. but now it doesn't have the Device Log Export option anymore. And also the device dosen't log data by using webpages as attached picture

Hello @Ahmadhamdan 

The device log export feature is disabled in the firmware v4.1.x and it will be restored in one of upcoming releases. 

The data log on meter webpage will be blank after the firmware upgrade was noticed in some meter and we are investigating this behavior. However the logs will be appeared by itself after some time.

Currently the HTTPS device log export feature restore activity is in progress, I will check and confirm the release timeline with the product owner.

So the person asked about this feature that went missing on 2022-10-31

We are now 2024-09-12,  it's been 2 years!!

Come on guys, what's the problem, where is the firmware update for fixing the data export
