PM5500 Calibration Failure HEX error

Good day,

I have a power meter installed at a client with very low values which dont look correct.

After verifying that all CT's and voltage references are correct, I noticed the "Wrench" icon showing that an error was present. the HEX code 0011 HEX which shows "Calibration failure" is present.

Can this issue be fixed or does the meter need to be replaced?

Hello @ClaytonGW ,

Please have a glance on this FAQ:

https://www.se.com/be/fr/faqs/FA324761/

At the end you can read: "an error code of 0011 denotes a calibration failure. In this scenario, the meter should be returned as part of the RMA process."

Try to upgrade or reflash the FW. If your issue is not solved, you need to return the product if under warranty.

Regards,
