I trust that you are well. One of our customers has raised concerns about issues with the data logs coming from the PM3255 meters. There seem to be some serious gaps coming through, and this is becoming more and more of an issue.
Has anyone experienced this problem before? Possible firmware issue, maybe?

Can you share more detail about this issue? Is the data log configured properly using ION setup? Is the logs are downloaded in ION setup as attached?

What software are you using to observe this gap in the data? PME/ION Setup or something else completely different? Is it possible that the device has powered off during the gap in the data?
