hello all,
We have power meter interface samping data every 15 min with Power monitoring expert progarm.
Sometimes, we have issue our power meter do not send some parameter data ( Kwh, A, etc) to PME, this case occur 5-6 times per week. ( 1 hour should be samping value 4 times, but some time samping 3 times per hour, so mean that loss 1 time )
We assume that maybe occur from network loss.
So mean that, we would like to monitor this case by use zabbix monitor for check network loss, but must be have template for monitor on zabbix progarm.
otherwise, if we enable SNMP, it enogh for monitor or not, please kind recommend me for this case.
Thank you.

Hello @Korawitch ,
I would start with looking at the meter's onboard logs. Do you see the same gap in logged data on the meter as in Power Monitoring Expert (PME)? If you do see the gap, I would suggest looking at meter's event log to see if there were time change events around the times of the gaps. If meter is at 1:14:58, then gets a time change to 1:15:04, the meter will not log a record at 1:15.
If the meter's logged data does not match the data in PME, I would suggest you reach out to your technical support to understand what might be happening in PME.
Regards,
Charles
