Hello,

I need PM2230 Firmware file and firmware upgrade guide via ION Setup.

It is better to post this question in the Power Metering section. However I don't see any new PM2000 FW version been released.

ION Setup does not support the old PowerLogic FW file format for upgrading non-ION devices.  Until the firmware teams adopt a new file format, users will need to continue to use DLF-3000 as long as the firmware teams continue to produce FW firmware upgrade files.

Hello Caglar,

PM2000 series meter firmware can be upgraded using DLF3000.

Please refer the path for upgrade procedure using DLF3000 tool for PM5xxx, the same will be applicable for PM2000 series.
