Hi @Anuradha 

Yes, you can reset the peak demand values by sending the Modbus command number 2015. The default password will be 0 for reset the demand values. 

Or use the ION setup to reset the peak demand values.

I am not sure in EBO, You can check for the Modbus write multiple register function (FC16) to add this Modbus command in EBO.

This is a common issue and we need to know how the demand reset can be done through Modbus RTU. Mostly we are using EBO to do this. Please guide us to do these commands through EBO.

Not all people know all products from Schneider. To write commands to the PM2100 devices takes multiple steps. People who support meters likely do not know details about other Schneider Software products. Does EBO support multiple step writes to a device?

As the primary programmer of ION Setup, I can tell you that this will require multiple steps to be performed by any software which wishes to do this operation as this isn't as straightforward as doing a single Modbus transaction.  This would likely require significant work on the EBO software development team to perform any type of meter resets.
