Hi all,
I need your urgent attention.
Regarding PM 8000, After setting nominal voltage, PM8000 restarted while moving to sag/swell enabled setting.
Do you have any information about this event?
Is it due to a setting change? Did it reboot due to some load? Or is it simply a PM8000 failure?
Appreciated anyone can reply me.

Hello @supaing.winmyint ,
Not enough information to say one way or another. Setting the nominal voltage setting should not reset the meter. It could be control power to the meter was removed, it could be meter had completely unrelated exception that caused meter to restart.
A quick starting point would be meter's event log, perhaps there are some clues there. If you need more in-depth investigation, you would likely need to start a support case with your local technical support.
Regards,
Charles
