Hi Team,
We are getting questionable frequency measuremens from the PM8000 in 2 industrial sites where we have installed batteries performing frequeny conrol ancilary serivec (FCAS) ,the measurements show high frequency fluctuations where one of the experts flagged that it is likely that the measured frequency fluctuations are due to inaccuracies of the PM8000 meter. The frequency measurement accuracy of the PM8000 meter is Class 0.02 as per IEC 61557-12, compared with the Acuvim IIR-D-mV-P2v3 Power Meter which is Class 0.001 (i.e. 0.001% accuracy).
Does Schneider have other meters in the range that offer better accuracy class ?
Thanks,

Hello @Yserag ,
Have not heard back about what the customer is seeing regarding frequency readings. In the meters I know, none have a better accuracy rating. If still having trouble with frequency measurements I recommend reaching out to technical support.
Regards,
Charles
