Hi, I am using SBO 3.1 with SmartX Ccontroller AS-P. I have few RTU modbus devices connected to the controller and trying to get data and not successful. After examining trace log, I see the device is not returning function code and the device address.
What can be done about this for AS-P to accept the response or is there any work around. The log portion is as below.

This looks like a known issue, defect #45976. Contact your local Schneider Electric support and request hotfix 3.1.2.11303 or upgrade to EBO 3.2.3.7000 or higher.

@clicame1 you don't appear to be an EcoXpert and therefore don't have access to download the latest Consolidated Hotfix that includes the fix mentioned above. I see that you have already contacted your regional support team who will be able to guide you further.
