Long Overdue - Firmware Update Log Export PowerLogic PM5560 PM5563 PM5580

It has been almost two years since people asked about the missing log export feature in PowerLogic meters. We were told new firmware would fix this "by end of Q2 2024" 

It is quite an ordeal to click through the web interface and copy/paste then process the data. We have several of the same meters with different firmware versions:

PowerLogic PM5563

• Firmware 4.2.1 - *NO* - EXPORT FEATURE DOES NOT EXIST
• Firmware 2.8.3 - *NO* - SETTINGS PAGE RESTRICTED
• Firmware 2.7.4 - *YES - SCHEDULING OF LOG EXPORT SUPPORTED

When is a realistic time to expect the firmware to fix this?

Or are you just abandoning PowerLogic meters and no longer supporting them?

Could you please advise on an estimated time for when the Log Export feature will be restored in the PM5500 series?

As I checked the SE website, latest firmware version is V4.4.1 and summary of firmware releases table does not include Log Export restoration note.

The firmware fix for device log export is not included in v4.4.1. I will share device log firmware fix over mail.

The firmware fix for device log export is included in v4.4.5, this firmware is now available in our official website.
