Hi,
I have an Easylogic PM2230. It was placed in our main distribution board (TGBT). For some time now, we've noticed that it wasn't working anymore. Upon checking, we found fuses that were placed to protect the wires measuring the L1, L2, and L3 voltages. These fuses had blown, and the connections were broken. We removed the fuses and connected the wires measuring the L1, L2, and L3 voltages to the device. Result: the device turns on, but it doesn't display any information. What to do? Is there a solution?
Kind regards,

Hi @todon
Blowing fuses installed on V1, V2, and V3 can indicate potential issues caused by voltage spikes or surges in the electrical system, or when the connecting voltages exceed the recommended range of the measured voltage:
35 - 480 V L-L (20-277 V L-N), cat III
35 - 600 V L-L (20-347 V L-N), cat II
For further investigation and finding the root cause, I would recommend contacting local support.
Best Regards,
-Mehran
