Is there a separate FT21 Switchboard Case for ION8650?

Hi,

Our customer made mistake in ordering an ION8650 when they actually need a switchboard meter. My question is, do we have a separate switchboard case that can fit the purchased base into it?

See photo: They ordered the one in GREEN but they need the one in YELLOW.

Greetings.

The form factor 0 (socket connections)  will not fit into a FT21 case (rear FT21 panel connections).  The device that fits into the FT21 case is a completely redesigned version of the socket base.

They will either need to order a new meter or return the one they have already ordered for retrofit.

Thanks for your comment. In any case, would you know how do I send back the meter for retrofitting (and if it would cost less than ordering a new meter all together)?
