I am trying to upgrade firmware on a PM5560 to use it's RS-485 gateway as a modbus gateway. But while going through the firmware upgrade process outlined in the user guide PDF, it fails when redirecting to the Upgrade Status page.
I've let it sit on this page for an hour hoping the upgrade was still happening and I just couldn't see the status. But afterwards I check the firmware and it still says it's v1.03
Does anyone have a copy of the PM 5560 upgrade_status.shtml ?
Here is the the firmware download I am using

Hi Karl,
There are a number of questions that we would need answered before we can provide you with information on how to recover the meter. That is why I have asked you to contact technical support. For example, what do you see on the front of the display on the meter? If you see a message stating "OS Missing", you will need to use DLF3000 to upgrade the meter to v1.1.0 first and then use the FTP process to upgrade the meter to v2.3.0 (latest release for PM5560 that is available on our global site: PM5560 PM5563 V2.3.0 Firmware and associated files (Revision History, Register List, What's New, MIB...).
