Hi, I am trying to set up a new ION9000, however when I turn it on the rear "On/Off" LED just flashes green and red for hours. Checking the manual, it indicates that it is due to a boot sequence or in the process of updating firmware (which it can't be because I can't access the meter), however this "boot sequence" never ends.
The meter is an ION92030 and it doesn't have a screen so I can't configure or reset it. As it does not start correctly, it does not allow me to ping it, nor configure it through ION Setup or web server.
Do you have any recommendations for this specific case? @Charles_Murison @Attila_Fritz

Sad to sad that when the meter is in a boot error like this there is not much that can be done in the field. If you have checked the supply voltage is constant and not dropping when meter stars to draw current then meter will need to be returned for Repair. (RMA). To start the RMA process you will likely need to start a support case with tech support to get a case number. se.com -> Support -> Contact support.
