Is there an approved method to access the ION9000 setup if its password is unknown/forgotten?

Hello @Andrew_McCambridge ,
There is no way to reset the password. If ION Setup was used to configure the password and the configuration saved to .scf file. Contacting technical support may be able to retrieve password. If this file was not saved or no longer available. Meter will need to be returned to factory.
Note that any meter returned will have all data lost and meter reset to factory default configuration. There is no way to recover the meter's configurations or on board logs.
Regards,
Charles
