ION9000 UPGRADE FAILED

Dears hello,

I want to upgrade firmare version of ION9000 by using ION Setup Latest Release (Version  v3.2.21062.04)

I have met with a fault in the attachment.

Could you help me, how can I solve the problem?

Hello @Anonymous user ,

Are you trying to upgrade the ION9000 or the remote display for the meter? The screenshots shown are just for the remote display. 

Can you confirm you are using the file from https://www.se.com/us/en/download/document/ION9000_meter_FW_v003.000.000/ ? Be sure to validate the file after downloading with SHA256 hash.

You can select the zip file in ION Setup and ION Setup will give you the option to select multiple points to upgrade if applicable.
