ION8800 accuracy drift

I got the yearly test from utility.

Is there anything to prevent drifting ? Some of the ION8800 did not pass yearly test the error went to more than 0.2% on some point of test.

Hello Yut,

Would you be able to provide more details on the test procedure? When I look at the image it looks like the tests are conducted with single phase and 3 phase. To me, it looks like only the single phase tests were not within the expected range. Was the customer measuring energy with front panel LEDs or digital outputs? Were the other phases shorted or disconnected?

Dear Charls,

The test focused on energy (kWh) accuracy that why it looks like single phase.

Test set use MTE power source 0.02% accuracy.

The report provided does not seem to match the original image. Also why does the measurement uncertainty look so different in the 2020 report?
