ION8650 User name and password while downloading CID file from Cet850

Hi, I am facing a trouble while downloading or upload the CID file from ION8650, it is asking for a user name and password, kindly suggest what is the default username and password

If it is asking for a user and password, there won't be a default.  It would be best to ask the person that commissioned the meter.  Do you know who that is?

Its a new meter and yet to be commissioned, is there any default login credentials to use in CET850

If the meter has not had Advanced Security enabled, the default security login for uploading files via SFTP is:

User: 8650

Password: 0

Given the context of the thread, which is about downloading a CID file using CET850, if you attempt to upload the CID file with CET850 which relies on FTP, the credentials will fail even if they work in ION Setup.

In ION8650, starting with firmware V4.40.1, FTP and Telnet protocols are no longer supported. The correct approach is to use ION Setup, which supports SFTP, to upload the CID file to the meter.

CET850 should only be used for creating and editing the CID file, not for direct upload on devices requiring SFTP.
