ION7400 Data Record Module, Historycal Periodic Datas

Hello,

I would like to read historical data from my ION7400 device using my own software. Previously, I had read 10-minute historical data from my ION7650 device starting at Modbus address 3001. However, the Modbus map of the ION7400 device seems different.

When I reviewed the Modbus map, it indicated that the Data Recorders are between register addresses 53001-53153. However, I couldn't find any information when I checked these register addresses. Could you please help me with this?

I looked at the past recorded data using the DLMS Protocol, but I can only see 15-minute data, and I can view the average active/reactive power values. However, the parameters I need are as follows, for example, Ia, Ib, Ic, VII ab, VII bc, ...;

The data you see in the 1st and 2nd visuals are the data I want to access. Also, I should be able to retrieve the data from the device when I want to get the data for the last month, rather than as a real-time recorder.

Best regards.

Hello @furkanyilmaz ,

The ION7400 meters have not implemented the data recorder access over modbus. The map is there for a possible future feature.

If this is important to you, I suggest reaching out to your Schneider sales team and asking for a feature request to be created. Please note that not all requests can be done and there are Schneider processes involved that can take time.

It may be possible to use store modules so you can get you some "Historic" information. The store module could be linked to the same information as linked to Data recorder (store modules support less inputs). Then link the output of the store module to a modbus slave module. When store module store input is pulsed, the inputs to the store module are sent to the outputs. It is possible to cascade multiple store modules together to have multiple "records". Please refer to the ION Reference document for more information on ION modules.

Regards,

Charles
