I was pretty sure that a "Calibration Statement" (an accuracy report tested against traceable references) is included in the box with each meter and is unique for each serial number.. Perhaps it is no longer included in the box?

If the customer has lost their report or never received one, at minimum the factory would require the exact serial number to generate a new report.

Is this the document they are requesting?

Hello @Veronika1

https://digital-energy-help.se.com/ion7400/en-us/content/18-accuracy/verifying-accuracy-overview.htm...

"Your digital power meter typically does not require re-calibration. However, in some installations a final accuracy verification of the meters is required, especially if the meters will be used for revenue or billing applications."

For more information refer to the Meter's user guide, Verifying accuracy section for more information.

Regards,

Charles

Hi @Charles_Murison

Thanks for your reply.

I'm looking for the calibration statement because a client asked to me.

I found this document for other meters like ION7350 and ION7650 but nothing about ION7400.

Regards.

Yes, the customer lost their calibration certificate. We will request a new certificate from the factory.

Thank you very much for guiding us.

Best regards.
