We sent ION9000 meter to an independent lab for testing. The test set is a single phase source we complete most of the IEC 61000-4-30A except Sag/Swell. I try another unit with single phase wiring the voltage to V2 and V3 was remove only V1 and Vn remain. I got sag/swell data which include V2 channe but V3 was empty. Is there any recommendation ?

Hello Yut,
To confirm, the meter's volts mode is set to "Single" and the meter is wired as below?
and you are asking about the V3 field being blank.
If this is correct understanding then meter is behaving as expected. V3 is not used by the meter so this value is N/A.
If you are asking about a non 0 value for V2, this would need a bit more understanding on how the meter is connected. Could the meter be installed as below?
If V2 is connected to VN and you are still getting a non zero value for V2, please let me know.
Regards,
Charles

1. With "Volts Mode" set to "SINGLE", the SagSwell module only processes and updates the V1 and V2 channels (see installation guide for diagrams of supported wiring). If your wiring doesn't have the V2 terminal connected to a signal, then simply re-link the inputs of the SagSwell module such that the SagSwell V2 input is linked to the same source output as the V1 input ("PQA VLN1 Half Cycle"). This will allow the module to function properly in SinglePhase volts mode.
2. Adjust your database query to only pull data from relevant channels. Since V2 and V3 are not physically connected, do not include them in the result query.

Good answer to something I also wondered, but are you aware that <single> connection is omitted from the ION9000 manual?
