Hi All,
We are looking for just 2 of the spare plugs for the ION 9000 Meter. The control power & the voltage input.
i found this for all the other mters...
https://www.schneider-electric.com/en/faqs/FA243045/
So assume the power plug is liekly the same.
i also understand the plugs are available as part of the
METSE9HWK | ION9000 meter hardware kit – plugs, terminal guards, spare grounding screw, DIN clips |
but as we do not need the full compliment of plugs, was hoping someone from SE would let us know all the plug part #'s... especially as the voltage one looks like a special one, with the pole missing between the Earth & V1 for those who have seen one before.
Thanks in advance.
Grant

Hi @Grant_IPACS ,
The conectors shipped with the meter and also available on the hardware kit have the pad priting with information of which signal goes on each position.
You might be able to use the generic connector from Phoenix Contact, BUT, make sure you have clear understanding of which cables goes where.
Also keep in mind that incorrectly cabling may cause irrepairable damage to the device.
Below is the part number of compatible connectors that can be used on the ION9000 meter.
Control power input: P/N: 1827090 - GMSTB 2,5/HVC-2-ST-7,62 BK
Voltage Input: P/N: 1710237-00 - GMSTB 2,5/HVC-7-ST-7,62 BK

Hi Grant,
The connectors used on the ION9000 has specific part numbers. Our recommendation is to purchase the Hardware kit reference you added to the message, instead of procuring the indidual connector yourself. Keep in mind that these connector usually are not available in unitary package, and if yes it might have a higher cost than the ION9000 hardware kit .
