ION 9000 Calibration

Hello, a client needs to perform a calibration on an ION9000 energy meter, however, the factory told us that the optical port is disabled for these devices. Could you clarify for me what is the proper way or procedure (using KYZ perhaps?) to perform this calibration, without depending on the optical port.
