Dear experts,
My customer is doing some calibration test with his ION7500, and he notice that the W Kt in the calibration pulse is not working.
W Kt = 1.8 that means 555.556 pulses/kWh
but what really happens is 1111.1111 pulses/kWh so it is the double amount of pulses.
What is happening here?
What should I do ?
